I use it with Win7 Pro 64bit at the moment, even it has only 2GB RAM, there is a SSD in it, and I am quite satisfied. But with all 3 devices, I had no success. I replaced it now with a Asus BW-16D1H-U PRO. My main Blu-Ray drive was until a few weeks ago the Asus ASUS SBW-06D2X-U. I tried out an old Laptop from my mother, a Sony PCG-91111M, with Win7 Home 64bit and 4GB RAM and an integrated blu-ray drive. First of all, I tried a different Computer. So my last idea was to try out different Blu-Ray Drives. To find out, if there was a problem with the disc, I put it in my Xbox One X to find out - but it worked without any issues. I replaced the whole box 3 times, but the problem always was the same. It even worked perfectly all right with the second movie on disc 2 and everything else on it, but I am unable to rip the first movie on the disc. I tried to rip all the discs and it worked fine with all of them - except the first movie on disc 2. It contains 4 Blu-Rays with 2 movies per disc. Until now.īack in december 2018, I purchased the french Blu-Ray Box of the movieseries "Les Gendarmes de Saint-Tropez". I ripped nearly all of them over the years without any issues. ![]() I own several hundred Blu-Rays and DVDs with various region codes. First of all: I use MakeMKV for quite a while now. ![]()
